IBM spending $100M for mobile tech research
at 8 labs
 
IBM said the $100 million will be directed to eight labs in six
different countries where it employs about 11,000. IBM did not
identify where the research would be conducted. IBM conducts
some of its research at the University at Albany's College of
Nanoscale Science and Engineering.
Study: Albany endures recession better than
